You are charged a monthly subscription fee based on the number of active clients you have during a month.
Current pricing is:
$4.50 per month per active Guardian / Legal Appointments client. Payee and other non-legal program clients are discounted to $2.25 per month.
Minimum client quantity is 5.
You are not charged for any payee or guardian clients who remain inactive throughout the month.
Every subscribing organization is charged a $249.00 annual fee for Exact Premier Support.
Exact Premier Support allows you to focus on your core business while leaving customer support to the experts, who are staffed and equipped to provide guaranteed results. We deliver unparalleled support services that are integral and strategic to your business operations through the development of a strong partner relationship with you and an unyielding dedication to customer service.
Premier Support includes:
- Comprehensive and up-to-date user guides embedded in the Exact application for staff, administrators and for system configuration.
- Up to 10 separate support sessions per year (either by phone or email) for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Telephone support covering licensing, installation, debugging, environmental issues, and general use of the products.
- Email support covering all of these same issues: licensing, installation, debugging, environmental issues, and general use of the product.
- Service includes advice on implementing nonstandard configurations and phone-based installation walkthroughs if required.
- After filing a support request, a ticket is guaranteed to be opened as soon as a support technician is available or within 24 hours, whichever is sooner.
- User has choice as to e-mail or phone contact once support session is open.

All support inquiries are answered between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Exact subscribers receive up to three train-the-trainer online training sessions at start-up to get your agency up and running on Exact.
The cost to convert data from your legacy system to Exact varies depending on how much back data you need to bring over. Many subscribers are able to set up their clients in Exact themselves and our technical staff is skilled at recommending the optimal strategy for getting up and running. Often we can get you up and running at no additional cost.
Our experts can provide additional consulting services to help you get the most out of Exact. These include:
- Implementation and configuration
- Data conversion from legacy systems
- Integration with other systems, including financial institutions
- Training, over and beyond the 3 train-the-trainer sessions that come with your subscription.
- These services can frequently be delivered over the web, but they can also be performed at your location.
- Web-based consulting on the phone or via Zoom, exceeding Premier Support, are $150 per hour.
- On-site consulting at your offices are $200 per hour plus travel expenses.
